Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

Our pieces are handcrafted with great dedication and attention to detail.

Therefore, if an item is in stock, shipments are made between 24 and 72 hours once the order has been confirmed.

If an item is not in stock, our artisans will work on demand, so shipping times may vary depending on the item and quantity, with an estimated shipping time of between 2 and 6 weeks. In this case, we will notify you by e-mail with all the information.

Shipping costs vary by weight. Calculate at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect delivery information. In this case, the customer must bear the costs of a second shipment.

Taxes and Duties

Product prices are expressed in euros, including taxes and excluding customs duties for orders outside the EU, which will be borne by the Customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duties you will pay, but your local customs authority should be able to estimate the price.

Elevaa is not responsible for any actions and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Elevaa insures each purchase during transit time until successful delivery. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you must accept that the third party's signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Elevaa.

RETURNS

If the item does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or return within a maximum of 14 days from delivery. (Excluding personalized orders). The item must be in perfect condition and must be sent with all the original packaging.

We are not responsible for items that arrive broken or used.
